1. Issues with Delivered Items:

Damaged Deliverable / Defective Work / Incorrect Delivery
If you receive a deliverable with defects, an incorrect item, or a damaged file, please email us at support@xava.co.in within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with relevant screenshots.

  • We will either replace the deliverable at no additional cost or issue a full refund based on your preference.

2. Dissatisfaction with Delivered Work:

Not Satisfied with the Deliverable / Work Not as Expected
We understand that our services or deliverables may not always align with your expectations, despite our best efforts.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please reach out to us at support@xava.co.in within 7 days of project delivery, providing your order details and feedback.
  • We offer a 7-day revision or modification policy to make necessary adjustments. If the issue persists, we will explore refund or cancellation options on a case-by-case basis.

3. Project-Specific Customization Issues:

Customization or Alterations to the Deliverable
We strive to provide tailored solutions to meet your specific requirements. However, if you need modifications after the delivery:

  • Minor alterations or updates will be addressed at no additional cost within the agreed revision period.
  • For major alterations or additional customization beyond the project scope, you may be charged a nominal fee.
  • Clients are responsible for clearly defining requirements upfront to avoid unnecessary revisions.

4. Limitations on Refunds for Custom Work:

Custom Deliverables and Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of web and software development, custom deliverables (e.g., tailored web designs, integrations, or applications) are non-refundable. Once the development process begins, resources are allocated, and refunds cannot be processed. However, we will ensure all revisions and alterations comply with the original scope of work.


5. Service-Specific Details (If Applicable):

Third-Party Elements or Dependencies
Some projects may involve third-party plugins, APIs, or tools. We cannot guarantee the behavior of these external elements but will work with you to resolve any issues that arise.

Responsibility for Code Adjustments
If there are minor issues in the delivered code, you may return it for corrections. Any adjustments will be provided free of charge, but return shipping (uploading the deliverables back to us) will be at your expense. We will cover the cost of delivering the corrected code back to you.


6. General Considerations:

  • We encourage all clients to thoroughly review their requirements and deliverables to ensure alignment with expectations.
  • Refunds will not be provided for situations that fall outside the agreed project scope or for dissatisfaction due to uncommunicated expectations.
  • We will not issue refunds for work completed and accepted by the client unless a defect is identified.
